Using Conscious Botanist products is a care ritual - a moment of self-care so that you can disconnect from the world and ground yourself. After washing your hair with Solid Shampoo, moisten and rub the conditioner between your hands, then massage your hands through your hair from mid-lengths to the ends to ensure even distribution on each strand. You can also rub the bar directly into your hair. Leave for 2-3 minutes to absorb for optimal hydration, then rinse thoroughly.
