Orders paid by traditional transfer are processed after the payment is credited to the account (usually an additional 1-2 business days).
We do not charge a commission for any of the available payment methods.

We want every shipment from BY THE RAY to bring a smile – we personalize our packages, adapting their design to the season, so they're always a surprise. We believe you'll also appreciate their minimalist, eco-friendly packaging – we avoid plastic fillers, bubble wrap, or stretch wrap, constantly searching for new materials and logistics solutions that meet the highest standards. Reuse or recycle our boxes, but first remove the labels (sticker and courier label). Seasonally, you'll find samples of our products and charming cards in our packages – from us, for you.
