You will receive a digital voucher by email within 24 hours of placing your order - you can print it out or give it electronically. Each voucher has a unique code that the gifted person will use in the basket when placing the order.
Want to personalize your card? Enter your name/name and surname/message in the order comment in your basket or send it to us by email at support@bytheray.com - we will add it for you. We will also prepare a gift card of your chosen value upon request.
Gift Card orders must be paid for online (cash on delivery is not available).
The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of order.
