The hotter the hands and feet, the more grip the mat gains. The mat is best for dynamic yoga in a warm environment. During the first asanas, it is worth focusing on pressing your hands and feet more firmly to the mat. During the first practices, the mat may seem slightly slippery, this is normal. After just a few uses, the microfiber will become rougher and the grip will be optimal. To immediately activate the grip, it is best to wet your hands and feet with water or lightly spray the mat with it.

It is best to wipe the mat with a damp cloth. In case of more persistent dirt, you can wash it in a washing machine at max. 30°C. Do not tumble dry and do not use detergents. Spread out to dry. To speed up the drying process, you can wrap the mat in a towel. Longer, direct exposure to sunlight may accelerate the biodegradation process.

The product contains natural, biodegradable rubber. People allergic to rubber should avoid contact with the mat.
